This was a school project I worked on during my DSGD99: typography class. We had to make a poster that included the history of a font and while also incorporating the letters. I chose Rockwell, because of its bold slab-serif. I chose to use CMYK colors for this poster to highlight the fact that this font was mainly used for print. Within the displayed alphabet, letters spelling out "Rockwell" were selectively colored. Within the main graphic, I extracted similar shaped letters, enlarged them, and overlapped them. This was to show the contrast between the more curved lettering, opposed to the linear.
